Detailing questions

What order should I wash my car in?

Wheels first, then pre-wash or snow foam and rinse, then a contact wash with shampoo and a mitt. Decontaminate with iron and tar remover if the paint feels rough, dry with a drying towel, then add wax or a sealant.

Do I need a snow foam and a shampoo?

They do different jobs. Snow foam loosens grit before anything touches the paint. Shampoo gives the mitt lubrication for the contact wash. Using both is how you avoid wash swirls.

How much is delivery?

UK mainland and Northern Ireland delivery is £3.95. You can also collect for free from our shop in Portadown, Monday to Saturday, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
