Scrub Mitt Interior Scrubbing Mitt

Door cards, carpets and the plastic down the side of the seat take a long time with a small pad. The Scrub Mitt puts the same coarse microfibre over your whole hand — 16 x 22cm of it — so an APC gets worked across a full door card in a few strokes instead of a few minutes. The coarse weave gives the mechanical action the cleaner needs; the fact it is microfibre rather than bristle keeps it safe on fabric and finished leather.

When to use it

The full interior clean. Spray APC or a fabric cleaner onto the surface, work it in with the mitt in overlapping strokes, and lift the residue with a clean damp microfibre. Rubber mats and boot linings respond particularly well.

Use the mitt for the big flat areas and the Scrub Bar for seats and the headliner. Between them they replace most of the interior brushes people buy and never use.

What it won't do

It will not scrub as hard as a drill brush, so heavily soiled van carpets still want a Twister. And it is not a wash mitt for paint — the coarse weave is for interiors only.

Can I use the Scrub Mitt on paint?
No. It is a coarse interior mitt and will mar clearcoat. Use the Care Mitt or Pro Mitt for washing the car.

Mitt for large flat areas like door cards and carpets; Bar for controlled work on seats, headliners and tight spots.

How do I clean it?
Rinse out the cleaner, then machine wash with a microfibre detergent such as ADBL Micro Wash Storm. No fabric softener.
