Care Note

Wool mitts require a little more care than synthetic alternatives. Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent and reshape whilst damp. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or wringing — this will preserve the fibres and extend the life of your mitt significantly.

Directions

1. Fill your wash bucket with water and pH-neutral car shampoo, and a separate rinse bucket with clean water.
2. Submerge the mitt and load it with shampoo solution.
3. Wash one panel at a time using straight, overlapping strokes — avoid circular motions.
4. After each panel, rinse the mitt in the rinse bucket before reloading with shampoo.
5. After use, hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent. Reshape whilst damp and air dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
