Tyre & Plastic Dressing Spray

Clean wheels next to grey, dusty tyres look unfinished. Tenzi Tyre & Plastic Dressing is a spray-on tyre dressing that brings the rubber back to a deep, glossy black and does the same for faded bumper trim and wheel arch liners, with no buffing afterwards. It is the last two minutes of a wash that make the other forty look worthwhile.

Why it works

When to use it

At the end of every wash, on clean, dry rubber and trim. Tyre sidewalls, front and rear bumper trim, wheel arch liners, mud flaps and door mirror housings. Keep it off the tread and off the brake discs.

Straight from us

Spray it onto a tyre applicator pad rather than straight at the tyre and you get an even coat without sling onto the paint when you drive off. One thin coat gives a satin look, a second gives the wet look on the label. For a longer-lasting gel finish, our Tenzi Tyre Gel is the heavier-duty option.

What it won't do

It will not restore trim that has already gone chalky white — that needs a trim restorer rather than a dressing. Tenzi do not publish a durability figure, so expect to re-apply after a few washes rather than a few months.

Frequently asked questions

Will it sling onto my paint?
Any gloss tyre dressing can sling if it is applied too heavily. Apply Tenzi Tyre & Plastic Dressing thinly with a pad, let it air dry fully before driving, and it stays on the tyre.

Can I use it on interior plastics?
Tenzi position it for tyres and exterior plastics. For dashboards and door cards use an interior dressing such as Matt Cockpit, which is designed for the cabin.

Do I need to buff it off?
No. Tenzi publish it as a gloss finish with no buffing; apply to clean, dry rubber and leave it to air dry.

How long does it last?
Tenzi do not publish a durability period. In our experience with spray dressings, expect it to hold through a couple of washes before topping up.
