Leather Conditioner

TENZI ProDetailing Leather Conditioner is a pH 6 impregnating cream for natural and synthetic leather that penetrates the hide to protect against UV, water and cracking, and restores softness with no artificial shine.

Leather does not crack because it gets dirty. It cracks because it dries out. This is the feeding step — a proper impregnating cream that penetrates the structure of the hide rather than sitting on top of it, guarding against UV, water ingress and the cracking that follows years of neglect. It brings back suppleness and a natural, factory-correct finish, with none of the greasy shine that makes a cabin look like it has been sprayed with furniture polish.

When to use it

On clean, dry leather, two or three times a year on a daily driver and more often on a car that lives outside or has a glass roof. Always after cleaning, never instead of it.

How it compares to the rest of the TENZI range

This is the second half of a two-step system. Leather Wash & Care is the weekly clean that lifts light soiling and leaves a thin protective film. Leather Conditioner is the periodic deep feed that goes on afterwards. Clean first, feed second — putting conditioner over dirt just seals the dirt into the grain.

Straight from us

Two thin coats beat one thick one, and TENZI say the same — minimum two layers. The instinct is to load the applicator and get it done, but leather absorbs what it needs and the rest sits on the surface attracting dust. Spread it thin, let it dry, go again.

What it won't do

It is not a cleaner. It is explicitly not for suede, nubuck or oil-impregnated leather, and TENZI publish no durability period for the protection it leaves.

Leather Wash & Care cleans and leaves a thin protective film — it is the weekly product. Leather Conditioner feeds and protects the hide — it is the periodic deep treatment. Use the cleaner first, then the conditioner.

Can I use it on suede or nubuck?

No. TENZI state it is not for suede, nubuck or oil-impregnated leather.
