SWAG's Glass Cleaner is built to degrease — it lifts the nicotine film, silicone haze and finger grease that cheap cleaners only redistribute, then flashes off fast enough that it cannot dry into smears. It is antistatic, so the glass and screens stay cleaner for longer, and it smells of mint and apple rather than ammonia.

When to use it

Every wash outside, and whenever low sun shows up haze on the inside of the windscreen. The interior glass is the job most people skip and the one that makes the biggest difference at night.

Two cloths, always. One damp with product to lift the film, one bone dry to finish. Nearly every complaint about a glass cleaner leaving streaks is a single-cloth problem, not a chemistry problem. Spray the cloth rather than the glass and you also stop overspray landing on the dash.

What it won't do

It will not remove bonded water spots or etched limescale — that needs a dedicated acidic water-spot remover. It is not a rain repellent and it will not fix wiper smear from perished blades.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the Lady Glass Cleaner?
Same job and same price. This is the standard-line bottle with a mint-apple scent; the Lady version is the pink-line bottle with a fruity scent.

Is it safe on tinted windows?
SWAG publish no restriction. As general practice, keep any cleaner off aftermarket film edges and test on a small area first.

Can I use it on my dashboard?
Yes — SWAG list dashboards, navigation screens, instrument-panel glass and decorative trim among the intended surfaces.

Directions

GLASS
Spray onto a microfibre cloth dedicated to glass care.
Wipe the surface to clean it.
Dry with a second microfibre cloth.
Repeat the process for stubborn dirt.

DASHBOARD
Spray onto a microfibre cloth and wipe the surface.
For hard-to-reach areas such as crevices, spray a fine mist onto the working area, then agitate the dirt with a soft brush.
Use compressed air to speed up evaporation.
