The Koch Chemie One Cut Foam Pad is the sweet spot of machine polishing — enough bite to remove moderate weathering and scratches, refined enough to leave a finish you can build on. Made from medium-abrasive foam, it's the ideal partner for one-step corrections.

Choose Your Size

Available in 3" (76mm) for spot work and tight areas, and 5" (126mm) for general panel correction. Match the pad to your backing plate for best results.

Directions

1. Wash, decontaminate and fully dry the paintwork before polishing.

2. Attach the pad centrally to a matching backing plate on your machine polisher.

3. Apply 3–4 pea-sized dots of Koch Chemie P6 One Cut & Finish to the pad face.

4. Spread at low speed, then work a small section with slow, overlapping passes and light-to-moderate pressure.

5. Reduce pressure on your final passes to refine the finish in the same step.

6. Wipe off residue with a clean microfibre cloth and inspect under good light.

7. Clean the pad after use and allow it to dry fully before storing.
