Directions

Step 1 — Prepare Your Surface
Ensure the vehicle is freshly washed, decontaminated, and completely dry. For best results, clay bar the paint beforehand to remove any bonded contaminants and ensure a clean surface for the wax to bond to.

Step 2 — Apply the Wax
Using a clean foam applicator pad, take a small pea-sized amount of King of Gloss Hand Wax. Work the wax into the pad and apply to one panel at a time using gentle, overlapping circular or straight-line motions. Use light, even pressure — less is more.

Step 3 — Allow to Haze
Leave the wax to cure for 2–5 minutes until it develops a light haze. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on hot paint. The haze indicates the solvents have evaporated and the wax is ready to be removed.

Step 4 — Buff to a High Gloss
Using a clean, dry premium microfibre cloth, gently buff away the haze using light circular or straight-line motions. Flip the cloth regularly to a clean side to avoid redepositing residue. The finish will reveal a deep, mirror-like gloss.

Step 5 — Inspect & Layer (Optional)
Step back and inspect the finish under different lighting. For maximum depth and durability, apply a second coat after 1 hour. Layering builds additional protection and enhances the wet-look gloss further.
