Designer Fragrance Only You Blast Can Air Freshener

Not everyone wants a car that smells of sweets. Only You is the clean one in the Designer Fragrance range: citrus up front, jasmine and green tea behind it, the sort of scent that reads as a freshly valeted car rather than an air freshener. It comes as a 300ml high-pressure aerosol, so it can be used in short bursts on a daily driver or emptied into a closed car to clear a smell that has got into the fabric.

Straight from us

This is the one we use on our own cars. A burst into each footwell after the hoover, blower on for a minute, and the car smells finished without anyone asking what the air freshener is. If you find cherry and vanilla scents too much, this is your can.

What it won't do

Being lighter, it is not the best choice for beating a heavy smell — dog, smoke or a forgotten gym bag want the full-discharge treatment and a stronger scent behind it. And no fragrance fixes damp: find the water first.

Frequently asked questions

Is Only You a masculine or feminine scent?
Neither in particular. Citrus and green tea keep it neutral, which is why it suits a customer's car when you do not know their taste.

Can I use it as an odour bomb?
Yes — shake, set the climate control to recirculate with the blower on, stand the can in a footwell, press the nozzle fully and close the car for around 15 minutes. For a really heavy smell you may prefer the stronger Cherry can.

Will it clash with a leather interior?
No. It is the cleanest of the three scents and sits behind a leather smell rather than over it.

Is it the same as the Only You hanging card?
Same fragrance idea, very different reach. A card scents the air around the mirror; the can reaches the fabric.
