The all-rounder. The  5" Medium Cut Pad offers effective one-step correction with smooth handling, thanks to its unique curved mesh design that enhances surface contact while minimising drag. Which Pad Do I Need?

Choose the Medium Cut pad for one-step corrections and moderate defects. Step up to the Heavy Cut pad for deeper scratches, or down to Light Cut and Finishing pads for refinement and gloss.

How do I keep the pad performing?
Clean the face regularly during use with a pad brush and wash after each detail — a clean pad cuts more consistently.

Directions

1. Wash, dry and decontaminate the paintwork, then centre the pad on a 5" hook-and-loop backing plate.
2. Apply 3–5 pea-sized dots of a one-step or medium polish to the pad face and dab it around the panel.
3. Spread at low speed, then work a 50cm x 50cm section in slow, overlapping passes at medium speed with moderate pressure.
4. Wipe residue with a clean microfibre and inspect under good lighting — most swirls and haze should be gone in one or two sets.
5. For maximum gloss, follow with the Finishing pad and a fine polish, and clean this pad between panels with a pad brush.
