Directions

1. Drop the grit guard into the bucket, then fill about three-quarters with water and car shampoo (or plain water if using it as a rinse bucket).
2. Load your wash mitt with suds and wash the car from the top down, one panel at a time.
3. After each panel, rub the mitt against the grit guard to release trapped dirt — it settles below the guard, away from the mitt.
4. For the safest wash, run two buckets (one wash, one rinse) and rinse the mitt before reloading with suds.
5. When finished, empty and rinse the bucket and guard, then snap the lid on for clean storage or spill-free transport.
