WSR Water Spot Remover

Sprinkler overspray. A rain shower on a dusty car. Bore water on a hot bonnet. All of it leaves mineral deposits that shampoo won't touch and polishing has to grind away — and on a coated car, polishing isn't on the table. WSR dissolves the mineral itself with a synergistic acid blend, on paint, glass and exterior plastics alike.

When to use it

As soon as you spot spotting. The longer a mineral deposit sits on hot paint, the closer it gets to etching, and etching is a different and much more expensive problem.

What it won't do

It won't fix etched water spots. If the mineral has bitten into the clearcoat, the deposit is gone and the crater is what you're looking at — that needs polishing.

Will it fix etched water spots?
No. If the mineral has physically etched into the clearcoat it needs machine polishing. This removes the deposit, not the damage.

Is it safe on a coated car?
Yes — it is specifically intended for maintaining ceramic-coated vehicles.

Do I need gloves?
Yes. It is an acidic product — wear gloves, don't let it dry, and keep it out of direct sun.
