Roller R V2 Rotary Polisher
products.product.pickup_availability.unavailable
Some defects don't come out with a dual action, and no amount of passes will change that. Sanding marks, deep scratches, heavy oxidation and gelcoat need forced rotation and real torque. The Roller R V2 has 1050W of it, held stable across the range — and a 700rpm floor that makes spreading compound genuinely controllable, which older rotaries never were.
Why it works
- 1050W with torque held stable right across the speed range
- 700rpm floor makes compound spreading controllable, not a fight
- 2,800rpm ceiling reduces burn-through risk on modern soft clears
- 125mm and 150mm backing plates both included
- Lighter, slimmer and quieter than the original R
- Wrench, carbon brush set, warranty card and carry bag in the box
When to use it
Heavy correction, sanding mark removal, oxidised single-stage paint and gelcoat. Not the tool for a maintenance polish.

Straight from us
A rotary in unpractised hands will do more damage in ten seconds than a DA will in an afternoon. If you're learning, learn on the DA first.
What it won't do
It won't finish down hologram-free without technique — that's the nature of forced rotation, not a fault in the machine.
Frequently asked questions
Rotary or dual action?
Rotary cuts far harder and finishes down only in skilled hands. If you are new to machine polishing, start with a DA.
Will it burn the paint?
Any rotary can. The 2,800 rpm ceiling and 700 rpm floor make this one more forgiving than legacy rotaries, but keep it moving and keep the pad flat.
Does it come with plates?
Yes, both 125mm and 150mm are in the box.
