Beetle Juice breaks that residue down in about thirty seconds, before it becomes a mark you need a machine to remove.

When to use it
After any motorway run in summer, and always before the main wash rather than after it. Bumper, bonnet leading edge, mirrors and grille are where it earns its keep.

What it won't do
It won't reverse etching that has already happened — once the clearcoat is pitted, only polishing fixes it.

Used as directed it is safe on paint protection, but always rinse thoroughly and re-check your protection after heavy decontamination.
How long do I leave it?
ADBL specify around 30 seconds. Don't let it dry on the panel.
Does it work on tree sap?
