When paintwork is beyond the reach of a light polish — deep scratches, heavy swirl marks, years of weathering — the Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Foam Pad is the pad the professionals reach for. Made from open-pored abrasive foam, it delivers maximum cutting power while staying stable and controlled on the machine.

Built for Serious Paint Correction

  • Maximum cut — removes strong weathering, deep scratches and sanding marks
  • Low-profile 25mm height — minimises torsion forces for precise, stable handling
  • Perfect pairing — developed to work hand-in-hand with Koch Chemie H9 Heavy Cut compound
  • Paint-safe construction — aggressive on defects, controlled on your clear coat

Choose Your Size

Available in 3" (76mm) for tight areas and spot correction, 5" (126mm) for all-round panel work, and 6" (150mm) for covering large panels fast. Match the pad to your backing plate for best results.

3. Apply 3–4 pea-sized dots of Koch Chemie H9 Heavy Cut compound to the pad face.

4. Spread at low speed, then work a small section with slow, overlapping passes and moderate pressure.
