The contact wash is the riskiest part of any wash, and lubrication is what makes it safe. SWAG's Neutral Shampoo is a thick, concentrated formula that throws abundant stable foam and makes the paint markedly slicker, so the mitt glides instead of dragging. Neutral pH, so it cleans everything and strips nothing — waxes, sealants and ceramic coatings all survive it.

When to use it

Every contact wash, after a pre-wash foam and before a drying aid. This is the middle step of the standard three-step maintenance wash.

At 1:200 to 1:400 this is a solid mid-tier concentrate. What you get here is coating safety, real slickness and a lot of foam. 

What it won't do

It will not strip old wax or degrease paint before polishing — you want a panel wipe for that. It is not a pre-wash and will not remove bonded contamination on its own.

How much per bucket?
SWAG specify 50ml in 10 litres of warm water at 1:200, or 25ml at 1:400.

What is the difference from the Basic Shampoo?
This is the professional-grade version, more concentrated at up to 1:400 and marketed on coating safety and slickness. Basic maxes out at 1:300 and costs less.

Directions

Use in a shaded area on a cool, clean surface.
Shake the bottle before use.
Add 50ml of shampoo to 10 litres of warm water (25ml for a 1:400 mix).
Mix until foam forms.
Wash the vehicle by hand using the two-bucket method.
Rinse the vehicle's surface.
For easier drying and added protection, follow with SWAG Hydro Coat.
