When to use it
After polishing and before any wax, sealant or ceramic coating, on every panel that will be coated. Also on glass before a glass coating, and on wheels before a wheel sealant. Work indoors or in shade, one panel at a time.

Straight from us
Two towels. Spray the panel, wipe with the first towel while it is wet, then a dry second towel to finish before it flashes off. If the second towel drags or you see hazing, there were still polish oils there — go again. This is the ProDetailing version of our Tenzi IPA Degreaser with 100ml more in the bottle.
What it won't do
It will not remove tar, bonded contamination or old wax layers — those come off with a tar remover, clay and polishing before the panel wipe stage. It is also not an interior product; keep it off leather and soft-touch plastics.
Frequently asked questions
Do I really need a panel wipe before a ceramic coating?
Yes. TENZI's instruction is to use IPA Cleaner before any waxing or quartz coating, because the coating needs bare paint to bond to. Polish residue left on the panel is the most common reason a coating underperforms.
Is it safe on fresh paint?
TENZI publish it for car paint, rims, glass, rubber and plastic. On very fresh resprays check with your bodyshop for their curing guidance before using any solvent-based product.
What is the IPA percentage?
TENZI do not publish the concentration, so we will not guess. It is supplied ready to use and should not be diluted further.
Can I use it on glass?
Yes, and it is a good prep step before a glass sealant. Use a clean glass towel and work in shade so it does not flash off before you wipe.
