If you valet for money this is the bottle to have in the van. The 30ml concentrates work out better per spray on paper, but they run out mid-round and this does not. Buy the big one and keep a concentrate for the cars you care about.

What it won't do

It won't make a tired interior smell new. New car scent over worn fabric and a dirty headlining reads as a cover-up and buyers spot it — a carpet and fabric cleaner does more for the smell than any freshener will.

Directions

1. Shake the bottle before use.
2. Point the nozzle into the carpets, mats or fabric seats rather than at hard trim.
3. Two or three pumps is enough for a small car — add more only once it has settled.
4. Keep it off screens, leather and glossy plastics, and test a hidden area first.
5. Close the doors for a few minutes to let the fragrance spread.
6. Reapply whenever the scent drops off.
