P14Si Ceramic Detailer Concentrate
products.product.pickup_availability.unavailable
TENZI ProDetailing P14Si is a quartz (SiO2) ceramic detailer concentrate diluted 1:10 for a protective layer or 1:100 as a rinse-aid hydrophobic boost, usable on paint, glass, rubber and plastic.
The same ceramic chemistry as a ready-to-use detailer, sold as a concentrate so you choose the strength and pay a fraction of the price per litre. Mixed 1:10 it lays a quartz layer on paint, glass, rubber and plastic that beads hard and lifts gloss immediately. Mixed 1:100 it becomes a rinse aid — spray the car, flush it with the pressure washer, and watch the water leave.
Why it works
- Quartz (SiO2) ceramic chemistry in concentrate form
- 1:10 for a durable protective topping layer
- 1:100 as an instant-hydrophobicity rinse aid
- Safe on paint, glass, rubber and plastic
- Immediate gloss and water beading
- Far cheaper per litre than a ready-to-use ceramic detailer
When to use it
After a wash, on clean paint, wet or dry. The 1:100 method slots into the end of any wash as a drying aid; the 1:10 method is the one to use when you actually want to leave protection behind.
How it compares to the rest of the TENZI range
P14Si is the concentrate. TENZI also sell P14Si GT, which is exactly the same chemistry pre-diluted and ready to use — convenient, but you are paying to have water shipped to you. Ceramic Hydro+ is the ready-to-use spray sealant with a different, non-acidic formulation.

Straight from us
The 1:100 rinse-aid trick is the one most people miss and the best value in the bottle. A 700ml concentrate at 10ml per litre is an enormous number of washes. Use demineralised water for the mix if you can — on an acidic ceramic product, hard water spotting is the one thing that will undo your work.
What it won't do
TENZI publish no durability figure for it, so we are not quoting one. It is not a coating in the professional sense, it will not clean the car, and at pH 3.5-4 it needs the usual acidic-product care: never let it dry on a hot panel.
Frequently asked questions
What does P14Si do?
It deposits a quartz (SiO2) ceramic layer on paint, glass, rubber and plastic, raising gloss and making the surface strongly hydrophobic.
What dilution should I use for P14Si?
1:10 with water for a protective layer — roughly 100ml of product to 1 litre of water. 1:100 for instant hydrophobicity as a rinse aid — about 10ml per litre.
What is the difference between P14Si concentrate and P14Si GT?
The same chemistry. The concentrate is diluted by you; GT arrives pre-diluted and ready to use.
What is the pH of P14Si?
TENZI's own documents disagree slightly — the technical card says 3.5 and the safety data sheet says 4 plus or minus 1. It is acidic either way.
Can I use it on glass?
Yes. TENZI describe it as safe for paint, glass, rubber and plastic.
