Always use axle stands on firm, level ground and never work under a vehicle supported by a jack alone.

Directions

1. Park on firm, level ground with the handbrake on and wheels chocked.

2. Raise the vehicle with a suitable jack at the manufacturer's recommended jacking point.

3. Position the axle stand under a solid structural support point and ratchet it up to the required height.

4. Lower the vehicle slowly onto the stands and check it is fully stable before starting work.

5. Never exceed the rated capacity, and never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack.

6. To remove, raise the vehicle with the jack, withdraw the stands and lower the vehicle gently to the ground.
